We aim to form your company formation within four hours of being submitted when ordered and paid for before 1PM. Occasionally Companies House, like any other organisation may experience technical problems with their systems. In such infrequent circumstances our formations may take longer to complete. Please note Companies House is not open at weekends and bank holidays therefore companies can only be incorporated Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
